Day 1 - Physical Change Starts With Mental Change

One of the biggest challenges that I see women face with their fitness journey is their fear of attention, fear that they will be someone completely different with their new body, or fear of failure. Having a better understanding of where this is coming from and asking yourself these questions:

  • Why you feel this?
  • Where is this coming from?
  • What do you have to believe to keep this belief?

If you are struggling to get going on a project, having trouble finding motivation to workout and change your diet, or experiencing something that is new and uncomfortable, I know where you are coming from. Change can be scary and uncomfortable in the short term.
What can best provide us with means to understand our fear? What can document our struggles, wins, relationships, and lives; clear our minds and serve as a canvas to which we can spill our thoughts into.

Journal Writing improves mental clarity and the ability to see our lives in the bigger picture. Journals also help facilitate personal growth, track your overall development, improve insight and focus, mental clarity, solve problems, and better connection with your goals, values, and emotions.So are you ready for an emotional breakthrough?
Though it can be scary and uncomfortable, you will be on your path to a NEW & BETTER YOU!

And then you can ask yourself:

  • What other belief can we create to cancel out the harmful past?
  • What would you try if you had no fear?
  • How does it feel to go through this breakthrough?

Day 1: Booty Bands Chair Circuit Workout

What you will need:
Chair & Booty Band

Targets: 
This workout targets your whole body!

Warm-Up:
Full body movements

(10 each side) High Knees
(10 each side) Side Oblique crunch
(10) Squats
(10) Jax
**repeat 2x**

Workout:

Part 1:
Upper: (7,6,5,…) Tricep dips w/ Kicks
Middle: (10,9,8…) Knee Tucks w/ Abductors
Lower: (10,9,8…) V steps w/ Abductors

Part 2:
Upper: (7,6,5…) Chair Burpie w/ Jax
Middle: (7,6,5…) Standing Cross Crunch w/ Jax & Squat
Lower: Jog around the block.

Cool-down:
Walk then Stretch

Advanced:
Use L2 or L3 Booty Band & repeat for a total of 3 sets.


Recover:
Allow a few days of rest in between workouts for best results. Eat HEALTHY protein, carbs, fats!
