Healthy Food Recipe #1 Vegan Fruit Ice Cream

As it’s summertime, time to enjoy some light, healthy good recipes and yummy food items that make you lick your fingers. What about an ice cream that is vegan?

This vegan ice cream would surely steal a coconut lover’s heart, a berry lover’s heart, and of course an ICE-CREAM lover’s heart!

So are you excited to know the quick and healthy recipe of Vegan Fruit Ice Cream?
Here we go!

The Ingredients you need are :

  • 1 Cup Frozen Fruit (Blueberries, strawberries or Banana)

  • 1 Cup cashew

  • 3-4 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

  • Almond Milk(If needed)

  • Agva and Vanilla Extract (optional)

All Set!

Take a mixer and put the overnight soaked cashew in it and blend it in high speed until it shapes like a thick mixture, then add fruit of your choice into this mixture. I’m adding Blueberries.

Remember the ratio of fruit and cashew should be 1:1. Blend and add coconut oil blend till the ingredients are thoroughly blended.

Add more coconut oil or almond milk if needed. Then Place it in a freezer for an hour or two.

Vegan Fruit Ice Cream

This ice-cream would just CHARGE you up on a summer day. This is because:

  • It is all COLD.

  • It is all CREAMY.

  • It is all CLASSIC.

Healthy Food Recipe #2 Booty Almond Balls

Getting bigger butt is more about what you do in a kitchen than what you do in the gym. You have to eat the right portions of the right foods at the right times.

Everyone loves having easy to grab snacks on hand! Just can’t get enough of them.

Booty Almond Balls

Ingredients you will need to try this amazing recipe are:

  • 1/3 C quick Oats

  • 1⁄2 C Almond Butter

  • 1⁄4 C protein powder of choice

  • 2 TB liquid flavor of choice

  • 2TB add-ins of choice (shredded coconut, hemp seeds, raisins, nuts, dates, spices, etc.)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all the ingredients with the help of a mixture, once it is thoroughly combined roll them to give a ball texture.

If you feel the mixture is too dry just add a little more your favorite liquid of your choice, or too sticky just add some oats or protein powder.

Refrigerate the almond butter balls for 30 minutes prior to serving.

It is a good source of protein and fiber where almonds play a key role in weight loss.
