Daisy lives Alaska and before joining Booty Bands encountered a mental barrier that just wasn’t letting her workout. She was aware of her body and what she needed to do to get herself back to fitness but she lacked the motivation or the desire like there was no drive.
In her journey to get her life back and feel more confident about her body, she came across Booty Bands and saw the community and how all these women were getting results and this motivated her to do more, to commit herself to her body.

Honestly, before Booty Bands, I was in a place where I never wanted to be and I don’t mean physically but mentally as well. I was working in a city where I did not want to be and even though I knew that I was gaining weight, I felt lazy all the time. I never wanted to workout and all that effort just seemed too much to me. I lacked the desire, I had no one to motivate me and really there was no drive for me to actually get up and do it.
I had given up and started to believe that it’s not in me to actually do this and finally commit myself. But all of that changed when I came across Booty Bands. To be honest, I had my reservations at first and really thought to myself that this is going to be another gimmick, this does not really work now, does it?
However, I decided to give it a go. It felt good at first and the more I got involved the more I started to workout and with the passage of time I was able to see the results. Even though, it was not much but I was making some progress. But one thing that always kept me going was the community, it felt so good to see other women posting their stories and how they have journeyed through all their problems. This is what motivated me, this is what gave me the drive I needed to finally commit.
The program was not just workouts, it combined fun filled workouts with a proper meal plan to get the right nourishment and involved other self love activities like bubble baths and actually treating yourself. All of this felt very good and self satisfying in a way I cannot even begin to describe - it lead to a change in my life that has made me happy and I am really grateful for that.
